Sauce - I usually double this recipe for one lb. spaghetti. In the summer I add fresh tomatoes.
1 can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 -1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried parsely (optional)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
Mix together and simmer (lightly boil) for five minutes.
